in-person Testing

If you are interested in having testing conducted, please pay in advance and visit our facility during the hours of operation listed below. No appointment is required, but we do ask that you watch the video and instructions on this page. Results are typically available in 1-2 business days via a HIPAA compliant easy-to-read results report. Samples submitted on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

Tuesday: 9:30 am to 4:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:30 am to 4:00 pm

Thursday: 9:30 am to 4:00 pm

Friday: 9:30 am to 12:00 pm*

SAFETY PROTOCOL

In order to protect the health of both our staff and potential patients and reduce any chance of potential infection, patients are not permitted to enter the testing facility at any time. Upon your arrival at our facilities please ring the doorbell or call us to notify our staff of your arrival and have your payment receipt available to view on your mobile device.

COLLECTION PROCEDURE

A member of our team will greet you and provide documentation and the necessary materials for you to submit a sample. Please pay in advance and have your receipt available to view on a mobile device. Testing is conducted using a dried blood sample and the process is quick and simple enough to take place inside of your vehicle. Once collected and submitted, your sample will be processed and results will typically be available in 1-2 business days via e-mail. Please view the instructional video and images on this page.

RESULTS

Results will typically be made available in 1-2 business days. Samples submitted on Friday will not be processed until Monday. If you have already sampled yourself and are unable to submit it while we are open, make sure to let the sample air dry for at least 1 hour and then seal the card in a biohazard bag. The sample will keep through the weekend and can be submitted when we open on Monday.

PAYMENT

Payment for walk-in testing services is $95.00 and is to be paid in advance. No results will be released without payment being submitted prior. Diagnostics performed without the request of a physician are to be used for informational purposes only. Results obtained from Southeast Diagnostics or any laboratory should not be used for the sole method of determination for illness.

Note: The collection process takes less than 10 minutes. The drying process and testing will be taken care of by the lab.
